How To Get Help

1 - Call FamilySearch in Salt Lake City --- 1-888-406-1830 (NOTE: number is a "date" 4/06/1830 - organization of the Church)
2 - Come in to the Family History Center in the Round Rock Stake Center on Racine Trail. They are open on tuesday & Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. & 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. AND on Sundays during the AM Ward PH/RS/SS time from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. There will be one or more Family History Consultants to assist you with your questions.
3 - On the Home Page of your FamilySearch account, in the upper right corner, there is the symbol of a ? with a circle around it. Click on it and type in your question; several possible answers will show up.
4 - Call/email a Family History Consultant. You could make an appointment for a visit in your home OR an appointment to call and discuss your question. There is a way for the Consultant to view your FamilySearch account online.
